About Alexander Orlandini

Born into Hospitality!

Since I was a little boy, while other kids were playing in the parks, my playground was the restaurant of my parents in Germany.

In the 80`s, I started my career in the 5*Leading Hotels with apprenticeship as waiter and cook. I worked on the sea, in the air and on the land.

During my career, I have worked in 7 different countries for different Hotel Groups and reached finally the position of General Manager.

It took me a lot of time and a lot of failures

to discover important management and leadership tools, as well as how to work efficiently with different people.

After 25 years in the hospitality industry, I made my vision came true. In 2010 I started Orlandini Consulting in order to share my knowledge, so your teams today, can become the most professional version of themselves tomorrow.
